Someone told me of one of our lfs getting in some fw fish, I think parrotfish, w/smile tats on them. There were a few other tats mentioned but I cannot remember what they were.

They do like to hide. My first thought was the six line though. Mine is the reason why I don't have shrimp as it becomes an expensive snack.

I don't feed my zoanthids and the pep will eat from your hand if you wish as they are opportunistic feeders. Be careful to not overfeed.

I run a skimmer and mine are fine. A skimmer is not necessary if water changes are kept up on a regular basis. I have a high amount of flow also and found the zoas/palys love it and I love the long lashes it seems to produce. I do not do supplement feeding at all, I let the lighting do that.

I have MH/T5 and love the look much better then I did when I had a MH/PC combo.

Ditto on getting that algae under control first or it may get worse before it gets better.

Every time one of mine did that, they were pink. They seem to be more susceptible to this from what I understand. I wish you the best, but have never had any make it that had this fungus. If you can frag any healthy ones off of it, you may want to and hope for the best. I happened to save...
