Zoanthid frags look like they are dead

I got about 10 frags from an online vendor Oct 27 while acclimating them they opened. Opened again saturday and come sunday, no longer opening. Now we are more than a week into this and they are still not opening. All water parameters are ideal Ammonia 0 Ph 8.2 nitrite 0 nitrate 0. Other zoanthids that have been in the tank are doing well not just the new ones. I also noticed that several looked like they were covered in a white fungus and have been removed. Smelled dead!! Does anyone have any ideas on other things to try? I did an iodine dip as the vendor suggested and still nothing. And calcium is at 450ppm.

Is the current sufficient? I had frags with little current and I had that same problem. Hopefully you can blow off the white fungus and put it in an area with more current, and closer to the light. Sometimes frags are moody from mwhat I encounterd. Hope this may help.

Every time one of mine did that, they were pink. They seem to be more susceptible to this from what I understand. I wish you the best, but have never had any make it that had this fungus. If you can frag any healthy ones off of it, you may want to and hope for the best. I happened to save two polyps off of one that had this fungus and is now making a come back. Good luck.
