    Nano-Cube 24g

I like the corals in the middle.! But then again I love mushrooms, ricordias, yumas, and anything that looks like them!

    :) I agree.

    Saltwater Biozyme

Well I've never used the stuff. But I'm sure it is just going to introduce some of the aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in an effort to speed up the nitrogen cycle. Potential down sides would be the introduction of other chemicals present in the bottle to maintain the bacteria and spending money...

    help!!!!

Most agree that 78-82 is fine. What ever you prefer and what you can easily maintain. I personally have my tanks at about 81. ( I feel the warmer water helps promote a higher metabolism, I'm trying to see if the tank temp will affect growth) LOL sounds like some science experiment.

PF with skimmer, does it work

You can draw from the bottom as well, but you control the surface pull by closing that bottom gate. Very useful to get that surface scum off.

    FISH PSYCHOLOGIST NEEDED

Lol. That is the catch with online vendors. Most offer a good stay alive policy but overnight shipping is expensive. I'm sorry that the LFS incident happened to you, but you can always check with forums (cough cough  ) and anyone online will try to help as best as possible.

PF with skimmer, does it work

Well that style works nicely, but if I remember correctly there is an attachment that can hook onto an existing pf. OR... you can install your own corner overflow and have the pf just pull from that reservoir.

Chiller Location for the Red Sea Max

This is a bit old, but if you do this try looking into the 12 cm fans. They are really quiet and move a considerable amount of air due to their size.

    Red Flatworms

From what I understand the real issue is that if you kill them they will release toxins. So I, too, would recommend Jesse's method or just leave them alone.

LOL. Yep, I am thinking of taking a local community college course on photography to improve my nonexistent skills.

    Newbie needs some help

You can just start your regiment now that the cycle is complete. You can actually start adding livestock now if you want too. Inverts and corals add almost no bio load (but if you feed corals the excess food is something to look out for). Fish you will want to add slowly. I quarantine my...

:welcome to Nanotank! Is that one of the red sea tanks with built in light timers?

    Jesse's 12g AP w/70 watt Sunpod

Very nice! That is some amazing coloration. I would love to go topless LOL but with my fish and son that isn't going to happen. Blue spot jaw fish are notorious carpet surfers. And my son would love to "pet" him I'm sure. Maybe in a couple of years. Nope, I'm going to have to retro fit and...

    Nano6 DSB

You could try a remote DSB. Basically plumb a sump (a gallon bucket could work) and then fill with sand.

    Newbie needs some help

You may have to feed once a week. 5 gallon is great. That's 20% weekly.
