    Cloudy Water

Probably just want to go with a good quality carbon like Marineland Black Diamond. The ultimate unbeatable best is TLF hydrocarbon but it is a bit more expensive. I have read from a few chemists etc that products like Chemi-pure are mostly a waste except the carbon that is inside. This is...

My tank is about 50/50 on surviving!!!!

Aw man... that sucks. You lost some very nice stuff. You're right that heaters should not be neglected. Some suggest having tweo in your tank in case one decides to wait until you are on vacation to go out. Very sorry to here and hope that you can get back to the way your tank looked...

    Sump

Well I would say a basic definition of a SUMP is just an area outside of the display tank were things such as heaters, thermometers, return pumps, skimmers, chemical and mechanical medie can be kept so as not to be seen in the display tank. Then you can get into an in-sump refugium like Mike...

    Wave Controllers?

I personally wouldnt even bother with any sort of wave controller in a nano... just go with a couple of small converging powerheads. Wave controllers and Reef Keepers are expensive and rather unnecessary for a nano. Jesse

    TONG'S (BIG SALE)

Well I went to tongs and that was a flop... it appeared to me that they raised their prices on their livestock right before the sale. I really am starting to disliek that place more and more. Jesse

    Nc 12 Dx Start date 17/ 08/06 - First SW :D

The guy that makes them say they maintain their own water level inside the skimmer so that it can be ran in as little as 2"-3" inches... as long as the pump can draw in water. here is the thread over at nano-reef.com... http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.p ... e+aquatics Jesse
