yea exotic is the one with the mad high prices... across the street in the plaza with IHOP is a place called reef aquarium... that guy is really nice.. i suggest you buy your corals from him cuz he will cut you a deal if you buy more than one or just talk him down a little...

where do you shop in miami?? im in miami too and i only know of two decent shops, one is majorly overpriced, but they seem to know their stuff.. and the other is basically corals only right now.. he has some fish but thats not why i go... his corals are decently priced i suppose and the owner is...

ive heard they like about 5 inches and different sized grains... i thought maybe id have a deep side and slope it down to 2 or 3 on the other side, but then again there is no garuntee that the jawfish will pick that side. but i figure if he likes a deep sand bed, hell pick the deep side.

find a way to mount them facing upward towards the reflector.. that will spread the light out... i do that with my 5.5gal because otherwise there is a small spotlight in one area and black in the rest...
