awesome... well i have a very small mushroom that has just reopened and is starting to grow after being put in my tank on thursday.... (i think the guy at the LFS touched it when he was breaking the rock for me and as a result it shriveled to almost nothing from a 2" shroom,,, but the good home...

no problems feeding.. hes loving life... at least it looks like he is... assuming fish are anything like people - the fact that he is playful and swims in and out of the current and just in general loves to explore everywhere that there is light (hes afraid of the dark) means he is healthy...

I am looking for a coral that my O. Clown MIGHT host in... he swims around the tank constantly like he is looking for something to do... im thinking maybe if i get something he could host in he would settle into it every once and a while... and maybe go there to sleep... so any suggestions...

well if that is your recommendation ill take an hour and go on a road trip to the LFS... i wanted to get some of those nassarius snails anyway to eat the deterus (sp?) on the sand... and my one turbo isnt fast enough to keep up with the algae on the walls... so maybe ill grab one of those too...

so my hydrometer finally came in today and i put it into the tank (the red sea one that gives continuous readings) and it said my SG is between 1.027 and 1.028 ... .now i don't have any RO/DI water around right now to lower it... is it possible/okay to use tap water treated with Novaqua...

well at this point hes been in the cup since like 1230 and it has filled 2 times... he looked a little dead but i dropped him in anyway thinking the cup water might be too cold (its coming from my 76-78 degree tank but my room is REALLY cold so i think it was cooling on its way down the tube...
