give it some time. all my fish took some time getting used to there new surroundings. my yasha hase gobies didnt come out for almost a month.

    ph buffer

i have heard you can but i have never used it. my pH is pretty consistant in my water changes. the minerals and elements in the salt will bring the pH up.....well at least mine does. i mix my new saltwater a day or two after a water change and it sits with a powerhead until the next change.

    yasha hase goby

he'll show up more as time goes on. he just needs to get used to his surroundings. it also helps if there are other non-agressive fish in the tank. like chromis's, cardinals, other small gobies, ect. mine came out way more when i added my bangii cardnals.

    White spots

nothing, fish will eat them, number will reduce as tank developes. the reason there are great number of them is due to what they eat (not sure what), as the food source drops so does the number of those guys. it happens even in long time established tanks.
