Hello~ Welcome! If you are looking for a brand of all-in-one nano, I'm not really sure which is "better" really... I have a JBJ, which I'm pleased with. I did have a lighting upgrade installed with better fans. Perhaps if you go to www.nanotuners.com you will find one of their tanks...

Not IMO. You'll have excellent nutrient control if that is truly the case. :)

Pretty much if they are under 5" long, they are quite beneficial to your tank. I have a few fireworms in my tank but they leave everything alone. They eat detritus and other junk around the rock and sandbed. :)

I'm taking a conservative approach at 2.5 ml dose (recommendation for a 10 gallon) and seeing how things react from there. My system has a light load and much of the water is displaced by my live rock madness. I don't want to dose needlessly. I'm going to have my other params tested next week...

It depends on what kind of lighting you have now. Corals need intense lighting. If you have the standard normal ouput (then your bulb will probably be between 18 and 25watts) over your 30 gallon, it will not be sufficient for corals. There are many lighting options for corals from power...

I decided to focus on stocking this tank FIRST before acquiring another one...this way I can stock it better, moreover not go broke! lol
