If it's a small hang on back cheapie filter it may need to have the filter pads changed out as well. What's the temp of the water? B

What type of filtration are you using. How long has it been since you did the water change? I assume since this is FW that you're using tap water with some kind of dechlorinator in it? B

I love my RO/DI setup, but then I'm running several larger tanks. If all I was running was a nano I wouldn't bother. There's a huge difference in hauling 5g of saltwater and 10g of RO/DI water from a store when it'll last me 3-4wks, and having to haul 50g of salt to do a monthly water change...

Adjust your white balance a bit. Most of them have a greenish/bluish tint. Several of them are overexposed a bit, but overall very, very nice. It took me a long time to get to where I could take pics like yours. :smile: B

That only works because there's a motor in the canister sucking the water through it. It's not a proper siphon, and won't work instead of an oveflow box. B

Huh? I think I may be confused as to what you mean. You can't run a canister as part of your overflow. You can run it out of your sump, or out of your tank independant of your overflow/sump/return, but you can't put it inline. B
