Thanks for the kind words. The baby plate is just too cute for words, especially with it next to the 5" plate. The 'orange' things are tree sponges that are actually a bright red( I've had them for a few months now), I am just unable to capture the true color when I take my picture. :oops:

I would go with the non-live sand as your majority source and see if your LFS would sell you a cup full of their sand from one of their established tanks. This method is cheaper and just as effective. As Jesse said, the key is the aragonite based sand.
