    They may very well sell you some water and sand . I prefer the agra live sand for our tanks primairly because it is in water thus making it easier to sink :-) As for the lights what did you get if it is just a screw in pc there will not be enough for most corals perhaps you could get away with...

    Mike even tho I dont have a clam and probably never will , just curious to know and it may also help those making a decision on what to use does it have the same ramifications as copper in other words once used will it leach back into the system and eventually kill a clam, like copper would do...

    Tank Cleaning

    I use windex at times but I first wet a paper towel ring out the excess water . Then spray windex (seprate room ) on the towel then buff dry with dry lint free towel , crumpled news paper works well also to buff to a streak free shine :mrgreen:

    Skip it is in the crafting section on a long roll but you buy it by the yard it is on a "bolt" like for fabric only this is not folded it is rolled like wrapping paper , so you get quite abit from a full yard . I dont think that there is a brand name to it (or atleast that I can remember ) ...

    Mine has the 3 white stripes but also has a white line on the top fin he is more black and white than black white and yellow his shape is more that of the seabe than the clarkki I got some pics that I will down load tonight actually mine looks closest to the seabe but his tail is also black...

    a couple cheaper alternatives to what skip suggested is I used window tint from walmart on the 7gallon and tinted plastic table cloth (on a roll in the craft dept ) for the 2 gallon that cost me around $1.85 for a yard we soaked in hot water got a spray bottle filled with warm water sprayed...

    Nemo Mike hit it pretty well from the behaviours to what he uses in his 72 gallon . In my humble and honest opinion I dont think that it is ich. Try to wipe the glass down to get a clearer pic that may help a bit :mrgreen:

    I am not seeing the white spot is it on the fin ? that just looks like some color loss but you could treat with food soaked in garlic to stimulate the appitite ....... there are foods with garlic in them and I hear kick ich works well in a reef tank , bu dont use copper based meds as it will...
