    Jesse's 20L+20L fuge...

The first pic in the series is a FTS right? Do you want a shot of EVERYTHING from the ground to the canopy? The xenias walk their way up the glass leaving little trails of xenia "frags" in their wake. they started out on the sand bed and began their ascent from there. It makes it really...

    Help I got da brown stuff . . .

On a nano, anywhere from 20%-50% is good... try to match the temp/pH of the new water to the tank temp/pH as best as possible. If you havent done so yet, you would greatly benefit from a 90% or so water change... it may sound drastic but it will get ALL the water from the cycle out and allow...

    live sand q's

If you get a good quality live rock, you can just buy dry aragonite sand and you would be fine. The rock will seed the sand quickly. Just FYI. Jesse

The clams dont mind the new lighting... they look pretty sweet under it. I have a green monti cap still... actually when I went to move the rock around, I found out that it already had attached itself to the rock. I had to remove it to put it in a better place. Ill try to post pics of...

Need some help with sump/refuge designs

Sorry, if you are going to do a sump as well as the closed-loop, yes you will need the overflow for the sump too. You could easily avoid running the closed-loop though if you are going to run a sump... I have a QuietOne 4000 return pump and split the return line with a SCWD and have plenty...
