    Algae Elimination

Get a phosphate test... probably the source of the propblem. Then like John said, run carbon and phosban... should fix you right up. You should try to find out the source of the phosphates though... are you using tap water? test your RO source if you are using RO. Jesse

    LIGHTING FOR 29 BIOCUBE.

    LIGHTING FOR 29 BIOCUBE.

It is alot of light, but if you are looking to keep SPS and clams you'll love it. plus you have a huge selection of 250 watt lamps. You might not even notice the CF's with that 250 watter though. Also, remember to take plenty of time... a couple weeks or so... to slowly acclimate any new corals...

I have seen my scarlet attack, and kill, other hermits and snails... They get lazy with age too. Mine sits in one spot all day long, occasionally grazing when he feels like it. Jesse

Sorry, no new pics just yet. No, dont really have an idea. Actually, the neon goby looked the best out of all of them. The worst was the cherry-head and he seems to be getting better slowly. Im most pissed about my buddy the yellow watchman goby. I guess I cross-contaminated and my YWG has...

PC bulbs buying new bulbs for 2007

I believe so... for example, with my T5 lamps, I get about twice as much PAR from a name brand (ATI or UVL) than I would from some no-name brand. I have used and LOVE the Sunpaq lamps. The Smartpaq is great. HTH, Jesse

    WHICH SALT

I personally dont use any salt mixes but I know the Tropic Marin line is very good. Instant Ocean Reef Crystals is also supposed to be good. There are some pretty big differences is levels of traces, Ca, etc from brand to brand. Hopefully others can chime in and help out too. Jesse

going out to get my cleaning crew

I would hold off on the peppy for a few weeks. Let your cleanup crew go in there and do their thing and let the tank stabilize a little bit.. wait for the nitrates to drop a little bit. I would do a 50% water change or so to help with the nitrates. Then add a peppy. Jesse
