BLACK SPOTS!!! IT LOOKS LIKE MY CLOWNS HAVE MOLD .... S.O.S

As far as your tank and flowerpot question goes, how is it looking today? Any better? You actually might have caused another small spike in your tank by just moving everything around and stirring up the sand, etc. Your flowerpot might be stressing from that. You might try posting a picture...

    When to remove the "MOLT"?

Yeah, either way. I usually just leave the molts in my tank but not really sure what the real rule is. Just seemed like a more natural thing to do. :-)

JUST A FEEDING QUESTION & CORAL QUESTION

Nah, turning off your filter for less than a few hours shouldn't really affect anything in your tank. I used to leave my skimmer off for about and hour and a half after a good feeding. Your corals pictured above should all be okay except for the GSP. The zoas are going to try to reproduce...

    shrimp

My old coral banded shrimp used to molt every single time I dosed Kent's Iodine. It was pretty funny. I even started using a lot less but he still molted. I bet that will help the poor guy.
