Some reefers like to remain out of the spot light and Sadie may be one of those reefers :)

Let's not pressure her to post, she already has my vote of sweetness for the care she gives our critters.

Remember what happened when we all wanted Sugar Magnolia to post, she gave us gave us a joke and said maybe she is really not a lady but a man in disguish to fool everyone here. :)

not pressure, more like she has fans to me. I wouldn't be surprised if she did, she is a top poster. Do your thing girl!

Thanks Mike  Congratulations on high honors

Sadie,

You can tell your fans that for now all they get is pics of Sadie's hands; we have all seen the nice manicure you have, so that will be the official post for this lounge.

We all want to keep nice hands because it is our hands not our faces, that go into our tanks for routine maintenance.

Thanks Ed,

I've always loved the world of graphics and animation, and you are right; it's so important to do something that we are passionate about. This is something that I really like to do, even though in the corporate world it's necessary to apply our artistic skills to fulfill the need of the companies. Sometimes doing animated commercials, promos, sites and working with code and dynamic data is not as fun as it seems, but just like anything there is always a trade off. The important thing is that I really enjoy and get deeply involved with what I do, which really helps the hours of the day fly before my eyes :)

I agree, the enthusiasm of youth brightens everything up. I look forward to a pic so we can put a face with your posts.

Jenn,

Welcome to the board... Can hardly wait to see your tank come alive... Any idea on what size of tank catches your attention?

What's in the works for filtration, lights, critters, fish or corals?

Hello! My 12g DX nano arrived today! I found a LFS that cut me a great deal on LS and LR ($30 for a big bucket of LS, and about 10lbs of fiji LR!) So, I started cycling today. I guess in about 2 weeks i'll test the water and we'll see what my tank is ready for.
:bgrinkin:
I'm planning on having 1 or maybe 2 clown fish and soft corals.

Jenn,

That sounds great, be sure you use small pieces of live rock, the tendency is to jam in all those pieces of rock and you have a big pile of dead space.

You want to be creative and make a small cave or a unique look that the critters and you will enjoy.

Starting off light and then adding as your go along is the best way to go on the nanos, but in this hobby many rush the process to get instant results, end result is a sad reefer who wants to re-aquascape his tank.
