Some reefers like to remain out of the spot light and Sadie may be one of those reefers :)

Let's not pressure her to post, she already has my vote of sweetness for the care she gives our critters.

Remember what happened when we all wanted Sugar Magnolia to post, she gave us gave us a joke and said maybe she is really not a lady but a man in disguish to fool everyone here. :)

Benny was a xmas present to my parents two years ago and my mother chose this name for him. I guess she sympathized with this name.

Here is our Rottie AKA Khaki. He's about 5 years old now and still acts like a puppy. Not the brightest crayola in the box.

Jennie,

What an awesome rottie you guys have. "Not the brightest crayola in the box" That's too funny  If socialized correctly these guys can develop a very social disposition, are very friendly and most likely will have puppy personality for life. Mine doesn't realize his size and constantly wants to go on our lap. Even though he thinks he's the size of a Yorkshire, I have to keep reminding him that he is 120lbs now.

Yeah, he's not mean by any means and like you said, they just don't realize that they are so big. At his last checkup he was 127lbs.

Not sure if it is with all Rotties or not, but Khaki has a fetish for leather  . He has since figured that he can corner me in the wide open if I come into the backyard with leather gloves on. The first time it happened it scared me pretty bad, even after giving him both gloves, I guess he thought that I still had more and was not coughing them up. I had to stand in the same spot for over 30 minutes until someone else came home to distract him so I could get away! Other than that (and cats) he's just fine.

Wow,

Jennie,

That is very scary what happened to you via the leather gloves. On a positive note, he would be considered a great watch dog. Most burglars, use leather gloves when they attempt a heist.

If they entered your backyard, your not to bright crayola, would attack these guys or pretty much frighten them to the next home.
