:welcome to nanotank
After you have been here for awhile and have read our posts you will find that there are definitely some people on here that are experts in different areas. There is alot of experience here that you can draw from. I can see where you may be scepticle if all you have heard is the old school methods of having to have large tanks with large volumes of water and all kinds of equipment in order to have a sucessful reef, but we can show you that the old methods and way of thinking is outdated. You may still find people that say we can't keep the small tanks that we do but the proof is in our posts and if you follow some of these posts for awhile the proof is in the updated pics they keep posting.

Ok. I believe that tank is real now. Besides the coral would be stressed if it were actually moved and not look as pretty as Mikes do. I have a 24g nano cube. I've had it setup for about a year. I have about a dozen or so different coral species. Recently i've had a bad outbreak of the light green algae thats coating all my coral and walls of tank. Based on some suggestions I am going to increase the specific gravity to .024 from .022 and change the water once a week for one month. Ive been changing 20% of the water every two weeks.

Scott, Start a thread on your tank and give us the specs and all the params please. We'd love to see pictures of your tank!

Thanks. I have a digital camera so it should be too hard to upload the pictures. I'll give specs on recent water tests, how long each fish and coral has been in the tank. I have three or four species of coral that have been in the tank since it was first started in March 05.
