so even tho the pic on that site shows 2... the fact that its 1x96w indicates thats its a 1 bulb setup...correct? and i assume it comes with a bulb...is that correct?

ok, so i just bought me a cheapy glass 10g tank from petsmart.. no hood etc... i think i will do a light like this: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=9871&N=2004+113345 any suggestions for a 10gal variety?

what are my hood options for PC lighting if it will melt the flourescent hoods that petsmart has?

now does that mean bulbs or light fixture and all? is there a lightfixture/ hover light fixture that i can pick up now and pick the bulb later?

yea, i might go with the ac300 for future fuge use if i get creative and wanna build it... so you take the filter pad out? if so, how exactly does it do anything?

im not entirely sure... ill be going with about 15lbs of live rock, not sure what i will be adding later so i want to make sure i get the correct lighting in the first place (as in enough to support what I might want to do)

i like the idea of the hood to block the view of the HOB filter etc... what would be your suggestion then? one of the hover over the top light? mind u i am trying to be as cheap as possible without sacrificing quality..with the ability for PC light

So as far as the underwater hardware, I think im set. Now i am trying to decide if i should just pickup a basic $10 10g aquarium from the LFS, but if I do that, my question is: what should i do about lighting/hood. I live in Colorado, which is really dry and evaporation might be bad if i did...

how important is the filter flow? i will probably have 2 powerheads in the tank as well.... if i go 10g, i will probably do an ACmini with the skimmer attachment and an AC201 powerhead for flow.

yea, i think i might run something like an AC 150 with the surface skimmer attachment... any suggestions on how to setup the skimmer for marine use or just use it as i would in the freshwater tank?

I am going to start a 10 or 20g nano (havent decided yet)... I am wondering about filtration, which i know is fairly opinion based... my tank plan is a fowlr... probably 2 small fish (clown fish size) and about 25-30lbs of rock. I will do minimal filtering and rely mostly on the rock...
