Zoos don't take up much space, and they'll do ok under low light conditions. You probably won't see much growth from them though because they actually prefer higher lighting. Most mushrooms will do fine without much light. Ricordias however prefer a bit more light than most other mushrooms...

I haven't heard of a decent way to calculate how much a particular sized fan will cool things off. I think it's going to vary a great deal based on the types and makers of fans. I'd try sending someone here an email asking if they have any rough ideas. Or maybe try to find some over-clocking...

The Fu Manchu is probably not a good idea. In that small a tank with a heavy current I think it'll have a hard time being blown around. I've had both a regular dwarf, and a fuzzy dwarf, and neither seemed to like it much near the high current portions of the tank they were in. If you can find...
