I had one in my 75 before, they are kinda neat when you can see them but they aren't really worth putting in your tank. Mine tended to stay hidden someplace out of sight, as long as they can get food they are happy and don't care if you can see them or not. Skip

I use a heater in all of my tanks, partly to help prevent excessive temperature swings and also because I keep the heat in the house set fairly low (partly because I am hot natured and partly because I am cheap).

Your doing a good job, remain patient. There is a saying that the only thing that happens fast in a reeftank is disaster. There is also the old saying that good things come to those that wait. From the looks of your set-up so far I would say a very nice tank is in your future.

That all depends on your tank and the water used in it. If you are using RO water and don't overstock you can probably keep up with all of your tanks needs with small, weekly water changes. To see about needing to add anything you will need to test to check the levels. HTH, Skip
