Sounds good to me. Might want to add a few snails for diversity to your clean-up crew as well. Maybe even a few conches. The mushroom is a good coral choice since they are less light demanding than other corals. Featherduster sounds okay too. I'd say 2 damsels, maybe even 3, but they do...

If your tank is only a week old then they probably aren't the sponges I was talking about. DTs should be sold at your LFS. It needs to be properly refrigerated so shipping is very tricky. I would just buy it locally. Seachem makes excellent products. I've heard of everything you're dosing...

Yep, just some kind of weird algae. There are tons of different type. Just scrub it off with a toothbrush and siphon it out during your next water change. Water quality is the key with algae.

I bet its a scapha (sp?) sponge if its white. I get them in my tank as well. Nothing to be alarmed about at all. In fact, its a sign of a healthy system. Are you dosing DTs? I got them as soon as I started dosing DT's. They are about small and have a little 'mouth'.

I guess it would depend on what kind of voltage your fan is. Mine is a 12v fan so I'm running it on a 12V 500mA power supply that I found laying around. Really any power supply should work if you match up the voltages. I would just find two seperate power supplies for 2 fans if I were you.
