Update: Month 4. Tank is doing well. I have been busy collecting corals!) Still scouring my LFSs tanks for stuff that fell off the main rocks. One of the stores just gives the stuff to me. Also have been doing a little trading with a couple of local reefers. Anyway, here are an updated FTS.

Freebie zoos. Saw these floating around on the bottom of one of my LFS's tanks while the owner was getting another coral for me. Asked if I could get them and he threw them in the bag for free. Got home and was surprised at what my new "freebies" looked like. :)

New zoos (under actinics)

New zoos

Clove polyps

My goby hangin' out in the zoos

New Neon Green Nepthea just after fragging and mounting. This is a generation of one of my favorite corals that was lost in the storm. I was really glad to get this particular coral again and it came from the same mother coral as my old one. It will be the centerpiece of the 140 some day.

Thanks guys. I can't keep my hands off of it. :) I need to just leave it alone now to grow. Never knew nanos could be so addictive. :)

Just an update on the tank. It's a little over 5 months old now and the stocking is officially over. As this stuff grows out, I will be fragging to trade with my local reef buds. I am sorry all of the pics in this thread have disappeared. I was using Reefbucket to host my pics and they just disappeared one day. I know, I should've been using PhotoBucket - and I am now. There were a couple of features I liked on the other one, but it kinda sucks when all of your pictures disappear. Anyway here is the tank at five months.

This tank looks much more mature than it really is. Fantstic work. How is the tank running equipment-wise? Everything working well?

Thanks Jesse. Yeah, no real problems. Well, my SCWD is conking out on me. I actually have a OM Squirt that I am thinking of plumbing in the SCWD's place. That will give me two more outlets for additional directional flow.

I did have one incident with the skimmer in the tub. I cleaned the skimmer one morning in a rush on my way to work and accidentally turned it too far to the left. Well, the foam sleeve on the riser tube got too close to the edge of the container and it dumped a few gallons of salt water on the floor and emptied about 3-4 gallons of fresh water from my ATO into the tank. Fortunately, my girlfriend was home sick and called me. I rushed home and did about a four gallon water change with fresh salt water and topped off with salt water only for the next few days to get the salinity back up. Unbelievably, I lost nothing. the SG got down to 1.015 for about an hour. I just have to make sure that skimmer is in the right position when I clean it from now on. :)

Nice Pictures! Yeah it sucks when things go wrong. Reminds me when I first got my HOB Skimmer/refugium. I adjusted the collection cup too low and it began to overflow later that night. What a mess!

Thanks guys! I appreciate the comments.

Your gonna kill me when I tell you I got those Acans for $15 each. :) Those clove polyps were also a nice find. They are about three times the size of the polyps you usually see. Me and two friends went in on a "group buy" to get that rock and split it up. It was $100. I am hoping that I can keep them alive. So far, so good.

I also got a big rock covered with blue zoos for $40. Oddly, the rock had been sitting at the LFS for a couple of weeks and no one bought them.
