Here are some shot of the new items in the tank I got saturday. I had to add some soft corals. I just sat and watched them for a couple of hours sunday.[/img]
Karen, that is really a great looking tank. I looks like you have been at it awhile. Im sure those new frags are going to really liven up the tank as they start to spread. I love looking at the pictures. I am new to the hobby but always have admired the great established looking tanks. GREAT...
I like the tank the scaping looks great. I have had mine for over a month. of course it is totally new. I have to add rocks kinda one at a time to accomplish what you have. My first month I sank close to $600 in it so I'm in a holding pattern till next paycheck. Maybe soon I can be like...
Temp is 78 F, PH 8.2, Alk 2.6, Nitrate 0, Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Tank light on 6 hrs a day. No corals in tank, 1 blue damsel, 5 turbo snails. I am assuming cycling is a good thing just looks kinda dingie. Thanks by the way :-)

When my tank was starting out I was getting angel hair algea(sp) I bought 10 turbo snails and in three days I had no algea. In fact they started to eat my purple coraline algea so I reduced the number to 5. I am starting to see some growth so I may add 2 back to it. whodathot
Hey all, I came across this article today. Thought that this guy might be able to help log it I was not sure. He has a slide show of blennies in his article this month.

Wow that sounded like a common issue. I wonder if anyone let the makers know of the problem. It sounds like it would be really scary for a newb. someone like me.
I had the same problem with green bubble algea. I took tweezers and went to the root. Of course I did not have a severe problem with it. I spent about 30 mins picking it off. But I have not had a problem since I removed it either.
