okay Im redoing my 20L. I got a new tank and had a hole drilled in the back and the overflow box is beening built. (should be done by Friday). Ill be turning the old 20L into a refugium. Today im starting on the stand. Ill post some pics when im done with the stand.

im running 2 true actinic and 2 super actinic white bulbs. would it hurt if i run 3 true actinics and 1 super actinic white bulb?

my 6 has a HOB refugium but i still have alage growth and the return makes bubbles. should i switch it over to a aqua clear and add a skimmer?

I want a better filter system for my 20L. Im thinking of getting a new 20L getting it drilled then taking all the sand and LR out of my old 20L. My consern is how big of a cycle am i looking at? could i do the swap in a day add back my fish and corals then do a water change in a day.

im building a small tank that will be 12X12X6 maybe 8. what ligh do you recomened? my plans are to have lots of LR some zoas, polyps maybe mushrooms. this tank is mainly for a mantis.
