Jeese hit the nail on the head IMO, the 96 watt powerquad will give you a good amount of light and with the depth of the tank I don't think a smaller light would work well. The only other option to light this tank for a reef IMO would be a MH pendant. PS :welcome to nanotank!! :mrgreen:

The one other peice of advice I would like to add is leave enough room around the sides and in front of the rock so you can get your cleaner in there to clean the glass. Some magnet cleaners take up a little more room than you think.

I used about 2 pounds and could add some more, just put it in loose. LR rubble peices are usuall around golf ball sized with some smaller and some a tad larger.

You can't see it but the first skimmer has a hanger on the back of it that hangs over the back wall above the intake grate, this keeps it in place all of the time where if I am not mistaken the other one is held on by water pressure and it will fall if the pump is turned off or the power goes out.
