    Feather duster

The tube isn't actually part of the worm. The worms make it from calcium in the water. They can actually survive without the tube. (They just normally get eaten by other creatures). I wouldn't worry too much (but I may consider finding a tiny bit of rock and glueing it over the hole?).

Get one rated or acrylic and no, it won't scratch it. Unless you have something different the Aquapod 24 should be glass, not acrylic. :gcool

    Need advice for beginner...

I personally like T5 lighting right now, but I am also trying out MH. It's a bit of a toss up. T5 there is almost not heat consideration and coloration is nice and if you have individual reflectors (this is key) the light output fine for all types of corals. MH is HOT, but that glimmer is...

    BLOOD (FIRE) SHRIMP

Inverts and corals are very light bioloads. The only consideration I put with them is interaction with tank mates and what they eat. You should be fine.

    9g tank need help

I would add a few of each as each type of snail prefers different areas to clean. Like nassarius snails typically dwell IN the sand.

    DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG?

A maxijet 1200 should work fine. I personally use via aqua pumps.

    Green clown goby

It could take a bit for any fish to start taking foods. Go light on feedings, I use garlic extract to help get a finicky eater started. Also maybe try a variety of foods to see if you just have a very particular fish. Filet mignon anyone?

    Algae Breakout, suggestions?

Well water probably tests great because the algae is eating any and all remaining sources of food. The basic attack on algae should do well, make sure feedings are as light as possible, get good flow going in the tank, clean all physical filters frequently, and maybe reduce lighting period a...

I too think MH would serve you well. My only concern is your hood, vent and tons of fans to keep from ... melting/getting soft?

    Nano6 DSB

A remote dense sand be is honestly any container holding sand about 6 inches or so deep and has water run through it... You can take a 1 gallon bucket and fill it with sand and have it gravity feed back into your sump (use a small pump to get the water up and in the bucket).

    Nano 6g Light Buzzing

well I guess the $21 for the circuit board beats paying the full $50. Even though you may not have a warranty try calling up JBJ. You might be surprised, especially if you are going to buy a replacement circuit board from them.

    9g tank need help

:welcome to Nanotank! For a 9 gallon the two clowns would be about it in my opinion. Honestly you may be pushing it with two larger clowns. Water, live rock, sand. Then CUC, nassarius snails (2 or 3), cerith 9 2 or 3), astrea, margarita are all ok. you shouldn't need too many. If you...
