Yes they most if not all will move if they dont like where you put them they will move to some where they feel is better when we had ours and upgraded the lights it moved away from the lights

we run carbon all the time in our systems but as has been said you do need to change it monthly we rince ours every week in clean water but I have found no drawbacks to running is 7/24 that is not to say that others havent had drawbacks

I would go for it I have 4 in my 7 gallon you should be ok you are very good with water quality and water changes I guess I was thinking of a diffrent fish :oops: I have never seen or even heard of the 12 line wrasse so Iwould say it sounds like a good find
