I get "connecting" at the bottom. It stays like that for a while, even with my T1 line here at work, but it will open up eventually......it's just they are big uncompressd files. Also if it still gets locked up at that screen, hit the "refresh" button once, and wait, then it'll load for sure...

Are you using IE or Firefox? Try clearing all your cache (temporary internet files) and also go run all your windows updates and make sure everything is up to date, downloaded, and installed. You should be fine after that.
