    Leaky this can cause some irritation to the zoas , however not likely , I would use cautiously and treat the real reason to the red slime that is high nutrients in the water column , once they are reduced you will notice that the red slime is starting to disappear. I did one treatment then...

    Leaky they can be irritable test your water post your perameters , have a LPS cross test to make sure that your test kit did not get contaminated in some way , this will help you to see if there is something in the water , also what is your placement and your lighting again :mrgreen:

    If your readings are still questionable I would get another test kit and also take it to the LFS for cross refrence , while it is possible to have "missed" they cycle it is probably not likely I would really urg you to run an additional panel of test to see where you are at the blooms are a sign...

    Leaky sorry it took so long to get back to you on this ...I revamped the whole pico ...I took out the sand an used an expoxy to mix the sand in so that it is now a barebottom non barebottom tank it looks like there is sand in it but it is "solid" as a rock and like a a sealed bottom ...

    sorry to hear of your loss I would sugesst talking to the store manager and see if you can get either a partial credit or a full credit ......usually by the fear of a customer going else where to do business they will do it at least one time ........some times they can be dificult to acclimate...
