Make sure you al are testing for Calcium if you are using this product, especially if you are using it with another Ca supplement. All it is is a different form of Ca... just cant remember which it is. IMO, you should use Kalkwasser for Ca and maintain a Ca level of around 350-400ppm ALONG...

Cool! Two things.. is the airline tubing feeding into the bottom of the skimmer in the second to last pic kinked? Second... i would switch out the stainless metal bracket on your return pump pronto... go with a plastic. Jesse

Dont spoil them. What I mean is when you get it, it may be a little picky with it's food choices. Mine only wanted to eat mysis. My suggestion would be to not give in and offer it flakes every day... within a couple of days he should take it. Or you could get lucky and get one that loves...

If you are dosing Ca, Strontium, and pH, you should be testing for them. That is the best way to make sure you arent overdoing it. As far as Iodine goes, it isnt A must to dose especially because good-sized, regular waterchanges will maintain proper levels and it is very easy to overdose Iodine...
