Sounds good to me. I've got two conchs in my 20 gallon and I really like them. I've also got a CBS and a pepermint shrimp and they get along just fine. The pep. basically just hides in the rocks all day. Don't see him much. I would reconsider the serpent star. I had one in my 20 gallon...

Yes, I'd dose it again full strength just to knock them out completely. I guarantee you, there are some still lurking around in your LR. Your corals should all be fine because less flatworms=less toxin release when they die. I'd then wait another two days then do your regular 20% WC.
