    Slug ID?

I've only seen this a few times in my 2.5. I assume he hitchhiked in. I don't think its doing any damage. Its very small, ~.5", and has two antennaes and a brownish cover that looks like a shell but I believe its soft. It is def. not a nudi. Any ideas?

    Electric Orange?

Great pics. Those electric orange (Calcinus elegans) are awesome. Might need to get a few for my tanks.

Sorry you're having trouble with the search function. I tried a few tests today and could not replicate what you described. I searched, checked out a post, then hit 'back' and it would go right back to the 'searched' query results. I believe it may be an issue with your computer's cache...

April Contest - enter your best 'buddies' photo

The theme of this month's contest is for you to show us your best 'buddies' or 'tank mates' photo. Clownfish hosting anemones, goby/pistol shrimp combos or pairs of sexy shrimp are just a few examples that come to mind... Try to capture the perfect shot while utilizing the corals in your tank...

    Warning: Sexies and *some* zoos*

Thats is really weird. I've got two sexies in my 5.5 tank with about 10-12 good sized zoanthid frags. I've seen them hanging out on top of them but never 'eating' from them. Strange...now you've got me worried.

    Damn Damsel!

I agree completely. I would never risk my corals to a damsel. That is why I don't have any in my tanks. They are also very aggressive and territorial. Good luck with it!

Storing mixed saltwater and keeping it fresh

Yeah good points. I also wanted to add that I occasionally give the buckets a goodshake when they are being stored for more than a week.

1.6 Gallon Hex, my first nano...

Forgot about a neon blue goby... That would probably be just fine in that tank.

Storing mixed saltwater and keeping it fresh

I just keep my fresh RO water in 5 gallon buckets (with the lid on). I usually fill 3 or 4 at a time and use them throughout the month. I've heard about folks keeping water in 55 gallon drums but I don't have the space for that. Maybe when I get a much needed garage....now you've got me...

    my 10G pictures

Looking good. You've got some interesting pieces of liverock in your tank. They are not the usual round boring shapes.
