I would stick with the MJ1200 and add a Koralia 1 or 2 to the display. That should be plenty of flow. You dont want too much flow going through those rear chambers. Also, Im not too faliliar with the chambers on the 24g NC but if the water is going under the baffle from the 3rd to the 4th...

Oh I'm sorry I didnt realize that you were running a MH. Now I can recognize the sunpod :D . I love my 70 watt Sunpod. Have you blocked off the lower two vents on the overflow? I noticed that film on the surface of the water... that would really help remove that film. Jesse

THe problem with that is all of the filtration is built into the hood on the Eclipse tanks so you would have to add a HOB filter or something if you built your own hood. Jesse
