Okay experts, I need help.
About two weeks ago I visited my LFS and see he has litterly hundreds of Yumas. Now, I've never owned a yuma only ricordias and they have done awesome in my tank.
Okay, I decide to purchase two gorgeous Yumas, one is light green all over and the other is blue/purple color.
They both fully expand and are doing great. Then I notice over the next couple days, the blue/purple yuma starts to shrink and never expands out, in fact a lot of stringy junk is comming out of its mouth.
The other green yuma doesn't have any of these signs. So for the next day I watch the blue/purple yuma and see the same deal. Very shriveled and stuff comming out of the center.
I haven't checked any water parameters since I know all other corals and inverts are doing great, fully expanded. In fact the green yuma looks awesome.
Okay, I'm concerned more than anything because this blue/purple yuma cost me a lot more money than the green one. Can someone shed some light on my ordeal?
Thanks,
Mike
