I have a tank with a colony of Zoas closed? All of the other colonys are opened up but this colony of about 50-70 polyps have been closed for 2-3 days now. There are 3-5 polyps opened but everything else close? Has anyone seen this before?

It is pretty common... give it some time. While you are waiting, you may take a look around the colony for any irritants like bristleworms, aiptasia, etc...

p.s. How are your water parameters?

i dont know but for an unknow reason happens to all once in a while ...and well all i can say is to give it some nice flow try not to move it or touch it you know dont stress it at all...and if not improvement in 2 weeks and no loss of polyps try the iodine dip that jesse told me ...just to kill any unwanted creatures in your colony... here is the link on how to use that dip...
