Zoa/Paly Frag tank begins....

I spent alot of money on frags on zoas/palys on my frag tank and some rare blastomussa's on my 66 gallon tank. Here is my frag tank which is going really well. Its been up for 3-4 months (including cycle thats my guess) and everything is thriving. I haven't put all my exotics in there just in case for safety sakes, but there is a frag of AOG, devils armor and some crazy palythoas. My main tank holds other exotics I can't afford to loose (2-3 heads).

This frag tank was thought out to be a learning project to see how the cycle works. Just like how a main tank uses a sump to negate nitrites, nitrate etc.... Plus I was always amazed when I first started with my 4 gallon nanos refugium that I thought why not have that visible to ME. So this tank was created! After realizing what I created as I put it together (A sump) I began laughing ha,ha,ha

Anyways, you can see a halide light which I stopped using due to how bright it is. I'm determining on constructing a better cover so it maybe in use, but it did work great when used.

Whats on the tank now.

*Lighting: 65x2 actinic and 10,000k

Coming this week. Two T5's 21w a piece 36 inches
And bulbs are going to be two actinics on the PC

*1 mini jet 606 and another powerhead which produces very little.

*Turtle Clean 501 Canister Filter (Zoomed)

Here are some shots from both tanks.

Fiddle around with it and you may find the corals will love the bright light if you hit them harder with more flow...
