Worms?

I have, what I believe to be, worms in my tank. It is a new,4 month old, 10 gal nano reef. These worms look like the antenne of shrimp but I have noticed that they will stand up or lay down and have been in all different types of positions. They are an orange ish color. Anyone have an idea on what these are, reef safe and/or how to get ride of them safely.

They sound like copepods which are good, an indication of the completion of the nitrogen cycle and now an established tank....

Do they look like this, there are many variations or species...
