What's the best way to do a quick mental reset during a busy workday?

I’m completely exhausted by noon lately and feel like my productivity drops to zero. I really want to try a daily reset routine or a guided program to help me refocus, but I don't know where to start. Has anyone actually tried these methods? Do they actually work or are they just a waste of time?
 
I used to think they were useless until I forced myself to build a better routine. I started looking for guidance and found a post on the Woman Around Town website that links out to the leaply review online. Trying out Leaply completely changed my afternoons; it gave me my energy back without needing endless coffee.
