I thought maybe folks would appreciate some larger wallpaper images.

We've got a thread for them on Marsh, and I've seen one on RC, so I figured what the heck, I'd post some of mine here as well. First post is some reef images, second post is just some random other photos that I use from time to time.

Here's the non-reef ones...Although the first one is actually of the surface of my octo tank with the pumps on. I just liked the random color of the shot.

your sun coral is still my favorite shot. as for a non fish shot, i like the one of the glasses showing what he's looking at. Very cool

Yeah, that was a very chilly camping trip last Easter weekend. I was just experimenting with the shot. I should have cleaned my sunglasses before I handed them to her....Or at least had her wipe them off once I started playing with it. LOL...Live and learn.

All were shot with an olympus c-5050 zoom. Except for the first one. That was shot with an older canon powershot. It's actually in the shop getting fixed right now. It's been nearly 4 months now that I haven't had a camera, but it shouldn't be much longer now. The oly is an older model, but it's been a great camera to learn on cause you can set everything manually. I've learned a ton with it over the last couple years, and I'm about ready to move into the dSLR world, once I can save the money.

The one with the skyscrapers in the background, and the art statue in front, where is that at?? Somewhere in Houston?? Just curious, looks familiar......

Yep, downtown. Across from my building. The piece is sorta famous, but I'm a bad art student and can't remember what it's called or who it's by.

I may try to find the info later, if I get time.
