T8 lighting?

hi everyone

today i got a T8 20w single glow tube with external ballast.
what corals could i keep in my 35L/7G/45cm/1 and a half foot tank?
i will be upgrading my lighting ina few months. atm i have a 14000k coral life fluro tube fitted.

You could grow some soft corals.

sinularia, leathers ect.

You would also be able to grow most corallimorphs (mushrooms)

It depends on how deep your tank is. The spectrum of natural light starts to break up the moment it hits the waters surface so the higher you get them, the better.

Ok, you would be ok to grow all soft corals in there. Maybe zoanthids would be a bit lacking in light. But you could buy or swap a small one for a test.

I would find an individual reflector to help maximize the light.
