Six line wrasse TAIL ROT!!! PLzzzz Help

My Six Line Wrasse has almost lost his tail… I noticed that his tail was starting to look mangled about 4 days ago and now it is almost completely gone with a white film at the base… He is in my custom nano tank that is made out of a 25 gallon tank. The only tank mate is a small clown, the usual verts, and LPS/soft coral. I think that I’m going to buy some garlic extreme to start soaking the fish food in. Any other ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated…

have you tried reefcentral.com they have some great experts on fish diseases and can probably do a hell of a job at suggesting the best method. I'm not putting anyone down here, it's just that they have experts in the field and this seems pretty serious to try 'ideas' on how to correct it. Plus you will probably get a faster response there as well. Hope everything goes well.
