Seahorses.....

Would anyone know what the minimum tank requirements for a seahorse? I've seen them and noticed that they really dont move that much so I was thinking if I could put one in a Pico tank. I dont want to be cruel so I'm asking this. I'm just tripping on a 2.5 MB.

No. You can't put a regular sized seahorse in a pico.

Dwarfs might work, but their feeding requirements keep most people from trying to keep them.

They also need to be fed fairly heavily, so the tank should be overfiltered, which may be problematic in a pico. You might be able to get away with
every-other-day water changes if you're determined to try though.

Personally I wouldn't try them without doing 2-3 months of research/prep.

Just read the link....forget it, too hard to do. Probably easy if that were the only thing I'd be doing everyday, but otherwise, forget it. Idea scrapped.

Sea horse people are the most stuck up people in the world. I think they really believe they are better than the industry itself. Just don't like them. Crap@#
