Sapphire Aquatics skimmer review....

I was reading about this new skimmer that Sapphire Aquatics has came out with for the NC12 and NC24 on N-R.com. Alot of people seem to talk it up.. but was wanting to know if would be worth getting and would it be beneficial to the tank. I know some people don't agree on using a skimmer due to the amount of trace elements or whatever it takes out the water. Just curious to what everyone thinks about it and if anyone has one can tell us if it works well.

If I had a nc, I would probably be running it. One thing to consider though is your bioload and whether or not you would truly benefit from a skimmer. In a small tank such as a nanocube, weekly 25-30% water changes can do just about the same thing. Unless you have a high bioload, you probably dont NEED it.
