Saltwater Biozyme

I don't suggest anything that claims to speed up your cycle or introduce bacteria. There will be more than enough bacteria and decaying matter on you live rock to do the job.

Well I've never used the stuff. But I'm sure it is just going to introduce some of the aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in an effort to speed up the nitrogen cycle. Potential down sides would be the introduction of other chemicals present in the bottle to maintain the bacteria and spending money on an item that is free.

Speed vs stability in my mind. But, just my .02, maybe someone has used it here.

Does anyone using Biozyme to cycle your tank? What are the Pros and cons? :scratchchin:
I just looked up the product and it is for freshwater only! So I would say avoid it for sure! LOL

There are 2 types, 1 for FW and another for SW. Well, i better leave my tank to go through normal cycle instead of speed up. I want to ensure there will be no issue when i introduce new fish.

I think that is the best way to go. Just my opinion, I even didn't want to dose two part solution, but I eventually did.
