Red Branch-Like Worm???

I found this in my fuge on my 3g. Looks like some type of worm. Anyone know what it is? I've spotted 2 of them.

It makes me think of a mutated bristleworm, I have never seen anything quite like it.

i have seen a pic of them before, cant remember where but i think its some kind of algae or sponge.

does it move around?
