Question about Blue Actinic Lights

I just ordered a JBJ Blue Actinic Light. It arrived in one piece. My question is this; Are blue Actinics supposed to look blue. Out of the box, this light looks very white to me, wheras on all the website images, it shoes a blue bulb. Need clarification, thanks. This is for a 12 gallon nano.

:lol: .... of course in pic shows blue cause bulb was ON :lol:... anyways were did you get it from... cause i couldnt fing the true blue actinic from JBJ just the relux actinic and well is purpleish looking ... so cant wait to see your fire up...
