Gosh they are cute, hard to get here and at a whopping $9.99 CDN each you only get one hubby says. So I did, we do not get these often so this is a treat.

Can anyone tell me if there is anything special about them to keep them well?

I've had two in my 5.5 and one in my 2.5 for almost a year now and they are doing great. Some people say that they do better in pairs but I'll let you decide on that one. I don't feed them anything in particular. They just get the 'leftovers' floating around in the tank.

I got mine for $6.99 US each which was a steal.

Where in Canada are you and where are you getting them for that price? I only know of a place I believe in Ottawa that sells it at that price.

Cute shrimp - I have 3 in my 37 gallon and 4 in my 2.5 gallon all doing well. Easy on my end to take care of them.

Ron,

I live in Vernon B.C. We don't often see them and infact this is my first time that I have actually seen them in real life. We usually see cleaner shrimp, peppermints and camelback along with coral banded. Never the Sexy.

I was so excited that I just had to have ONE at least. All is well and is it ever cute.

If I may.....I believe the real "Loki" is one of the mischievous gods of Asgard (spelled right?)....Thors nemesis.....its the Germanic or Scandinavian version of the Greeks gods and godessess....
