Powerhead Pump Question

What's a good # for GPH on a powerhead pump to get for a 10Gallon?

I use 2 mini jet 606's for our 7gmb we get good flow with that you should be ok with 2 minijet 606's as well that with the filter should give you good flow :mrgreen:

a maxi jet 900 will be another good choice im like sadie i use one minijet 606 for flow and for the filter a maxijet 900. and on # of GPH 153 -230 will be fine....

I also am using the maxi-jet 900 for a return pump and a Rio 50 for a power head inside the tank. (Thanks Ed) Ed Idea lol

What about for a naocube 12gal dx. Would the stock powerhead be enough flow or could you add another?

if it is a 2006 model on the nanocube, then the stock pump is upgraded anf the flow is good. otherwise the stock pumps on the previous models should probably be retrofitted...

I just got a Aquatic Gardener PowerHead 600 200 GPH today at petco. It says its for undergravel filters did i get the wrong one or can i still use it without an undergravel filter? i hope i got the right one :cry:

As long as if either has or you can fit it with an intake screen of some kind it will work with the provision it is labeled as saltwater safe.
