Here's photos of my tank, but all may be lost next week because of Hurricane Ike. I work on a Mega yacht and will be leaving Sunday to run with the boat....so it will be up to God to keep this tank going. I have a 6 hr battery backup, and also a battery airstone. But I have a feeling my tank water might be close to 90 when the power goes out :(

I took these with my iPhone, as I couldnt get my camera to take the photos without being too dark... I only have 2 LEDS on one side, but have a link coming soon for the other side. IF my tank doesnt DIE..:(

That is a beautiful tank and it would be a bummer to lose it. Maybe could fill a liter bottle with water and freeze it and put it in the tank?? It would help to keep the temp down for a short time. Or maybe a battery operated fan pointed at the surface of the water. They have them for camping and stuff.

So far so good......Ike's heading southwest......so my tank might be spared for now!

I have a friend who will be checking in on my tank, and she offered to put ice bags in the water for me if needed....
