I recently aquired a 10 gallon and I decided I am going to swap everything over to that and then turn my 5.5 gal into a sump I decided to do this because I like my coral and everything but I also miss watching my fish and I tried the fish in the 5.5 before and it was just to tight and I love clowns so I decided I would upgrade and then later on I could add a pair of clowns with out it being such a hairy experiance. I am swaping everything over tonight after the little one goes to bed(to much of a project with extra hands) and will post pics tomarrow once everything settles back down.

You will love the 10......

It will seem like twice as much room as the 5......
well I just finished setting the tank up and your right I love the amount of room I have (although sadie if your reading this I think I am going to end up needing more LR Before to much now not enough :) ) I cant wait till it clears up and then Ill take some pics and post them and let me know what you think.

yep I am reading this
you may only need a bit more because as you add corals they usually come attached to LR or plugs which will make up for the rest  I agree you will love the 10 gallon
Can't wait for pictures

I am going to start work on a DIY sump/refuigm this weekend Thinking up the plans for the over flow and the return pump but am having trouble trying to figure out the size for the over flow because I know that determines the GPH so I need to know that in order to make sure I get a return pump that is able to do the job.

Well just wanted to give a little brief update tank is doing great going to be adding a small fish tomarrow I think not sure what I am going to get depends on the selection the LFS has was thinking about a percula clown or a blue velet damsel or even a pair of green chromis what ever it is I want to keep it cheap and small but yet colorful and fun to watch with take some more pics when I get my new buddy.
